The wine preservation system no wine lover should be without
(Oxygen is...the enemy of wine)

The science behind the magic—why argon gas is superior

Once a bottle of wine is opened, the degenerative effects of Oxygen begin to take hold immediately, turning your fine wine bad in as little as one day. The only effective method of wine preservation is when an inert gas is used to dispense wine, and Argon gas systems greatly out-perform Nitrogen systems. Such devices do exist, but were not that common. Until now...

Wine Saver HOME uses Argon gas—the preservative of choice in top wineries. Why is Argon the best preservative? Argon Gas is completely inert—and 2.5 times heavier than Oxygen. When inserted into a wine bottle, the much denser Argon lays directly on the surface of the wine creating a barrier between the much lighter Oxygen and the wine surface. Additionally, every time you dispense wine from your Wine Saver HOME, more Argon gas is inserted creating an even larger protective barrier.

Gas based systems also greatly out-perform vacuum systems for freshness. Vacuum systems pump and remove the "light" volatile aroma elements from your wine as well as the "heavy" oxygen from the bottle in their attempts to preserve your wine.
